Shipping Policy

Every piece of jewelry is made by hand in my studio. Because each piece is crafted one by one, there might be slight differences in the texture or finish. These small differences are part of the unique, handmade process. All photos, descriptions, sizes, and colors are as accurate as possible.

Delivery dates are estimates. As a solo maker, exact arrival dates are not guaranteed. If you have any concerns or need help with sizing, please email me or send a DM on Instagram!

Processing & Production Time

*Standard Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. During busy seasons, this time may extend to 7–14 business days

*Custom Pieces: Please allow 3–6 weeks*for custom orders to be made.

*Late Packages: If 20 days have passed since you received your shipping email and the package has not arrived, please contact me at hello@lintier.co with your order number so I can look into it for you.

 

Delivery & Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Canada and to the US on all orders over $150.

On orders under $150 or international:

*Canada (Domestic): $10 — includes tracking, takes 2–14 business days.

*United States: $15— includes tracking, takes 5–14 business days.

 *Worldwide: $30— includes tracking, takes 18–45 business days.

*Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal service errors.
