Returns & Exchanges
Because pieces are handmade by just me, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
If there is a problem with your piece, please review the guidelines below:
* Contact Timeline: You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your jewelry to discuss a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
* Condition: Items must be returned completely unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
* Approval Required: We must agree on the return or exchange via email before you send the item back. Packages sent without checking first will not be accepted.
* Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that you use a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
* Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is unworn, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within a few business days. *Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
