Jewellery care

Every piece is crafted from solid metal, so the colour will never chip, peel, or wear off like plated jewellery. Sterling silver naturally darkens slightly over time as it reacts with the air and moisture, but wearing it daily is actually the best care! The oils on your skin keep it polished. When a piece loses its luster, a polishing cloth brings the shine straight back.

to keep your pieces bright

  • Take it off before entering pools and hot springs.

  • Rinse away make-up and skin oils with warm water and mild soap, then pat completely dry with a soft cloth.

  • Store it clean and dry, in an airtight zip bag or a closed box. when you're not wearing it.

For a deeper clean

Make a quick silver bath. Line a bowl with aluminium foil and add:

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • enough boiling water to fully submerge the piece

Ensure the silver piece touches the foil, and turn it with tongs after 30 seconds. Leave for up to 3 minutes, or slightly longer if the metal has naturally darkened significantly. A commercial silver cleaning solution works well too.

*Keep pearls and gemstones out of both home and commercial silver cleaning solutions - dip the metal only.
