How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made by hand, by me, in my Toronto studio. Most orders leave within 3–7 business days. In busy seasons it can stretch to 7–14, and bespoke pieces take 3–6 weeks. I’ll email you tracking the moment it goes out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $150. Under that, it’s $10 with tracking, usually 2–14 business days. Worldwide is $30 with tracking, 18–45 business days. US shipping is paused for now. Email me and I’ll see what I can do.
Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.
What is it made of?
Solid 925 sterling silver, recycled and cast to last. Solid metal all the way through, never plated. The 14k gold pieces are solid gold as well. Everything is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Pearls are genuine freshwater or keishi, and stones are noted on each piece.
Which ring size should I pick?
Use the size guide on any ring page for a size chart and step-by-step instructions on how to measure your finger. While full and half sizes are listed, quarter sizes are also available upon request. If you're between sizes, you can go up a size or leave a note at checkout. Open rings adjust with a gentle squeeze and fit most hands. Still unsure? Email me the inside diameter of a ring that fits and I’ll match it.
My silver has darkened. Is something wrong?
No. Sterling silver naturally develops a rich patina with exposure to air and skin. It settles into the recesses while the high spots stay polished, it's just the finish finding itself. Wearing it is the best polish there is. For a reset, see the care page.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because each piece is made to order, I accept returns and exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Email to me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll sort it out together before anything is sent back. The full policy is here.
Do you make bespoke pieces?
Yes, a limited number each year. Reach out directly via email with the story or idea you have in mind to start the conversation. Learn more on the bespoke page.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes. Every order arrives in a Lintier cotton pouch inside a white box, ready to give. If it’s a gift and you’d like to attach a gift message, simply leave a note at checkout.
